GMI Construction Inc. is owned and operated by Greg Intravia who is a lifelong resident of the Covington area.  Greg graduated from LSU in the College of Engineering with a BS in Construction Management.  He has been building beautiful homes on the Northshore for over ten years.

Our specialty is new home construction and we build in many different subdivisions and a variety of price ranges on the Northshore.  We can help provide stock plans to choose from or simply build your custom dream home on your own lot.  We believe the key to a successful builder and homeowner relationship is communication, proper scheduling, and attention to detail throughout the construction process.  This creates a stress free experience so that deadlines are discussed well in advance and key decisions don’t feel rushed.  Our main goal is to build our clients home in a timely fashion without compromising the quality of the work performed by our experienced subcontractors, and providing professionalism as well as service at the same time.
